I've spent my career building products where the data is the product — customer-facing analytics, review platforms, data-sharing APIs, and AI-powered ranking engines — across B2B SaaS in HealthTech, TravelTech, MarTech, and GreenTech. That range has taught me which product patterns transfer between industries, which problems require first-principles thinking, and where strong product thinking makes the difference between shipping features and solving real problems. It also shapes how I lead: close to the data, partnered with engineering, customer-obsessed but business-focused, and driven by the technical decisions that determine what you can actually ship.
At Flowbox, I built two 0→1 products. Analytics — a new data platform from scratch — lifted engagement 275% and helped reduce churn. Ratings & Reviews took Flowbox into a new market, converting every pilot to paid and growing to 30+ merchants in year one. At Northvolt, I stepped in as interim PM and stabilised a customer data-sharing API protecting 7-8 figure revenue under operational pressure. At Fareoffice, I scaled booking infrastructure for 300+ B2B partners while growing from engineer to PM.
Today I'm Senior Product Manager at Paligo, where I focus on acquisition and activation for their structured-content platform. Alongside that, I take on selective advisory engagements with founders and product teams — bringing pattern recognition from a decade of 0→1 launches and platform turnarounds, grounded in an open-source AI-native operating system I'm building. I also founded Platform Engineering Stockholm (220+ members), a community bringing together practitioners and hiring companies through monthly meetups.
