I led the development of a robust rating and ​review system at Flowbox, empowering ​merchants to collect and showcase customer ​feedback through customizable forms. The ​platform simplifies the moderation of large ​volumes of reviews, offering advanced tools for ​automated moderation and multiple display ​configurations for product pages. This solution ​enables businesses to build trust with authentic ​customer feedback and was successfully ​launched under my product leadership.

I led the development of a customer-facing ​analytics platform at Flowbox, designed to ​empower merchants with actionable insights ​for data-driven decisions. The platform delivers ​key performance metrics, tracking product ​engagement, customer behavior, and ​conversions. With a user-friendly interface and ​customizable reporting, merchants can easily ​visualize data and optimize their UGC ​strategies. Successfully developed and ​launched under my product leadership for the ​Platform and Data team, this solution drove ​significant client adoption and enhanced ​retention.

I led the development of streamlined car rental ​booking solutions for business partners at ​Fareoffice (Enterprise Holdings, Inc.), enabling ​tri-branded rentals across Enterprise, Alamo, ​and National. Designed for businesses and ​frequent travelers, the solution offers seamless ​integrations via APIs, Widgets, and Landing ​Pages, making it easy for partners to embed ​booking capabilities. This unified approach ​delivers an efficient booking experience tailored ​to diverse needs and enhances partner ​offerings. I drove the solution from proof of ​concept to flagship product, providing easy ​access to a comprehensive range of rental ​options.

I led the development of a secure online ​payment solution at Fareoffice (Enterprise ​Holdings, Inc.), offering seamless card ​processing through an API and a dedicated ​secure payment page. Complemented by ​Payback, our back-office tool for managing ​accounting, reporting, and consumer claims, ​this integrated system ensures efficient and ​secure transactions for businesses and their ​customers.
